- All candidates must have NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter. In addition, serving youth corps members are eligible to apply.
- Must have a valid means of identification
- Possession of HND, first degree (BSc or BA) or above in any discipline
- Applicants must be smart and should not have any form of physical or mental disability.
