Recently, the federal government through the minister for industry, trade and investment has announced the commencement of the release of 75bn MSME palliative.
However, the portal for application in other to benefit from the program has been opened since the 21st of September.
Since the opening of the application portal, over 170,000 people have registered with Kano, Kaduna and Lagos State having the highest number of registrations.

FG Releases 75bn Survival Fund For 100,000 MSMEs
The minister for industry, trade an investment, Ambassador Mariam Kadaku recently showed the readiness of the federal government to support an additional 100,000 MSMEs.
Now, Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneur (MSME) can now register their business with CAC and gain from this scheme.
Interestingly, she has decided to stimulate direct local production in the 36 states in Nigeria.
This plan is to revive businesses which must have suffered breakdown or lapses as a result of the pandemic.
The people who are going to benefit from this program are business owners whose business are registered with the Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC). Businesses which are doing well should not bother registering because the program is meant for micro, small and medium Entrepreneurs.
However, a target of reaching you to one million, seven hundred thousand entrepreneurs is the target.
How Do I Register My Business? / What If My Business Is Not Registered?
Either ways, the federal government has also promised to register people who have not registered their business with the CAC to do so. That is, a sum of N6000 each for each business owner who has not registered their business will be released to register the business.

Importantly, those who have registered will be sent a text message from MSME board inviting them to submit the application credentials they claimed while applying.
