The Federal government have finally released guidelines for universities resumption in Nigeria. Resumption of Universities and Polytechnics will be a gradual process.
Safe reopening of schools nationwide is the next phase of the gradual easing of lockdown ordered to curtail further spread of COVID-19.
However, graduating students will resume first.
This was made know to the public by the chairman of presidential tax force on COVID-19. He said only graduating graduating students will resume first while others follows.

Furthermore, all tertiary Institutions must resume as soon a date is announced. The federal ministry of education will likely bring out new academic calendar for the 2020/2021 academic session.
